This is a 5-day multi-activity expedition that will take you to the heart of the Nahuel Huapi National Park, to the very base of Mount Tronador and highlight some of the best vistas of its imposing glaciers. You will paddle along the Mascardi Lake and hike the ridges and peaks of Punta Negra and Bonete massifs, ending in the Pampa Linda valley.

This trek is suitable for both, the novice and experienced trekker. During the hiking section, participants will have to carry their personal gear.
Included:
All ground transportation, lodging and camping. All expedition meals, riding and animal packers, all kayaking equipment, group gear: tents, first aid kits, communication devices and kitchen gear. The participant-guide ratio will be around 4:1 and 5:1, depending on the group size, usually groups of 3 to 10 individuals.
Not Included:
International and domestic flights, personal gear and meals in San Carlos de Bariloche or in transit.
Transfer to Hotel in Bariloche. Briefing and introduction of guides. Check personal gear. Free time in town.

Transfer to Los Rápidos, by the Macardi lake. Kayaking safety briefing and Paddle to Corazon Island and Castillo Bay. Camp with an incredible view of Mt Tronador and its glaciers.

Paddle to the Mascardi inlet and meet with our support personnel . We leave our kayaks and put on our packs and trekking gear. Hike up to Laguna Azul. Camp.

As we hike towards Lake Ilon , we can climb Cerro Capitan. 360-degree vistas of the Patagonian Andes and the lakes. Camp on Ilon lake.

Morning hike to Tristeza Bay lookout point. Hike down to Pampa linda. Transfer back to Hotel in Bariloche. END OF OUR SERVICES
TREKKING
The most physically demanding section of the Bariloche Grand Tour is the trekking section. We will carry our own packs on rugged terrain, up to 38 lbs. Please arrive to Bariloche in good physical shape. We offer our full porter support option for an extra fee for those wanting to go light.
KAYAKING
For the kayaking section we will use double sea kayaks, which fit two people. These are very stable boats suitable for beginners. Every participant will be issued a lifejacket or PFD and special rowing wind proof anorak for comfort during the traverse. We will have a motor-boat, Zodiac type, and crew ‘on call’ for support in case of an emergency.
