Aconcagua 4 Crohn-Colitis

(04-15-2008) meridies® led a successful 11-member Dutch group to Aconcagua, via the normal route. What was so special about it? 10 members of this Dutch non-profit suffer from Crohn Colitis, a cronic disease that could kill through dehydration. meridies® mountain guides, led by Adrián Penzotti, Milton Marques and Coqui Castañeda worked closely with all members to ensure their well being in altitude. Most climbers made it to high camp and 3 members made it to the top of the Americas. For more information click in : http://www.c-mex.nl/04-02.html

MERIDIES all staff meeting

(11-03-2005) Last October we have run a 4 day all staff meeting. We spent two days at our headquarters and 2 days of glorious spring corn backcountry skiing in the vecinity of Bariloche. This was agreat opportunity to continue to support our efforts to have our staff aligned in Risk Management Issues related to our programs. We also discussed pertinent issues related to our participation in the local industry. It was the time for some of us to polish our Pizza making skills. These 4 day workshop provided the Leave No Trace Trainer diploma to Mauro Ochoa, Cedric Larcher and Sergio Camacho.
